By using Onepilot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Onepilot is a mobile application that provides SSH access to remote servers, AI agent deployment and management, file browsing, git integration, and related developer tools.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own servers, credentials, and any actions taken through the app. You agree to use Onepilot in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

The Onepilot app, its design, code, and branding are the property of ELM Labs. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

Onepilot integrates with third-party services that you configure (LLM providers, messaging platforms, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of those services.

Limitation of Liability

Onepilot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELM Labs shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, or unauthorized access resulting from your configuration.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
